Posts tagged but I am a special snowflake and can make Simpsons references better than many people I know so there's that
Pro: My awesome coworker was kind enough to drive me home this evening because I kinda sorta left my umbrella at home this morning and wasn’t aware it would be raining today.
Con: I did that thing where I wind up telling somebody who doesn’t know me super duper well something strange up front in conversation or just a reference to something particularly odd. In this case, it was a mention about how I’ve always thought I would be good to cast in a horror film as a final girl who trips and falls and looks behind her at the advancing killer and screams and tries to get up and run. And how I would have a hard time not laughing during these scenes and attempting to be in pain.
Basically this is what my brain is like the moment I stop being in full-on work mode for five minutes.
